By placing an order through our Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Shipping Policy, subject to any rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

An order being accepted by the Website does not necessarily guarantee that delivery to the entered address will ultimately be possible.
2. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
GR Traditionals currently does not offer international shipping.
Orders are intended for delivery within India only.
We reserve the right to introduce international shipping in the future subject to applicable commercial, logistical, tax, customs and regulatory requirements.

other factors affecting fulfilment.
Any processing or dispatch estimate displayed on the Website is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Any delivery timeframe communicated on the Website, during checkout, through email, WhatsApp, SMS or otherwise should be understood as an estimated timeframe unless expressly represented as a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on:
-
destination;
-
PIN code;
-
courier availability;
-
logistics network conditions;
-
weather;
-
public holidays;
-
transportation conditions;
-
operational disruptions;
-
customer availability;

other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
GR Traditionals does not guarantee delivery on a particular date unless expressly confirmed in writing as a guaranteed delivery commitment.
5. SHIPPING PARTNERS
GR Traditionals may use third-party logistics and courier providers to fulfil deliveries.
Our logistics arrangements may include Shiprocket and courier companies available through its network or other logistics partners selected by us.
The courier or logistics provider may be selected based on factors including:
-
destination;
-
service availability;
-
delivery speed;
-
operational considerations;
-
cost;
-
PIN-code serviceability; and
-
other business considerations.
Customers do not have an automatic right to select a particular courier unless GR Traditionals expressly provides such an option.
6. SHIPPING CHARGES
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed on the Website and/or at checkout before the order is completed.
Shipping charges may vary based on:
-
order value;
-
destination;
-
product characteristics;
-
promotional offers;
-
logistics costs;
-
service availability; and
-
other applicable factors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any shipping charge displayed at checkout forms part of the customer's order total.
7. NO CASH ON DELIVERY
GR Traditionals does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be paid through the payment methods made available on the Website.
GR Traditionals will not be responsible for payments made to individuals, unofficial payment accounts, personal UPI IDs or other payment channels that are not expressly displayed or authorised by GR Traditionals.
8. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
This may include:
-
full name;
-
house/flat/shop number;
-
building name;
-
street/locality;
-
landmark, where useful;
-
city;
-
district;
-
state;
-
PIN code;
-
mobile number; and
-
other information required for successful delivery.
Customers should carefully review their address before completing an order.
9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
GR Traditionals shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, return-to-origin shipments or additional costs arising from inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Examples include:
-
incorrect house number;
-
incorrect PIN code;
-
incorrect mobile number;
-
incorrect locality;
-
missing apartment/flat number;
-
incorrect recipient name;
-
incomplete address;
-
incorrect city or state; or
-
any other information that prevents or materially interferes with delivery.
Where a shipment is returned to GR Traditionals because of incorrect customer-provided information, any further action will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.
10. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers should contact GR Traditionals immediately if they identify an error in their shipping address.
Address changes are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been:
-
processed;
-
packed;
-
handed over to a courier;
-
assigned a tracking number; or
-
dispatched,
the shipping address may not be changeable.
Any address-change request will be considered subject to operational feasibility and courier restrictions.
11. TRACKING INFORMATION
Where available, customers may receive shipment tracking information through:
-
email;
-
SMS;
-
WhatsApp;
-
the Website;
-
the applicable courier;
-
or another communication channel.
Tracking information is provided for convenience.
GR Traditionals does not guarantee that courier tracking information will always be:
-
immediately updated;
-
accurate in real time;
-
uninterrupted; or
-
free from technical errors.
Tracking information is controlled or generated substantially by third-party logistics systems.
12. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Courier providers may make one or more delivery attempts depending on their operational procedures.
Customers are responsible for being reasonably available to receive the shipment and for ensuring that the provided contact information remains reachable.
Delivery may be affected where:
-
the recipient is unavailable;
-
the recipient refuses delivery;
-
the courier cannot contact the recipient;
-
the address cannot be located;
-
the location is inaccessible;
-
the customer requests a later delivery;
-
the customer fails to respond to courier communications; or
-
other circumstances prevent successful delivery.
13. REFUSED DELIVERY
Customers should not refuse a shipment merely because they have changed their mind or no longer want the order.
Refusal of delivery does not automatically constitute a cancellation or create an automatic right to a refund.
Where a shipment is refused and subsequently returned to GR Traditionals, the matter may be reviewed based on:
-
the reason for refusal;
-
order status;
-
payment status;
-
shipment status;
-
applicable logistics costs;
-
applicable law; and
-
the circumstances of the individual case.
14. FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURN TO ORIGIN
A shipment may be returned to origin (“RTO”) where delivery cannot be completed.
Possible reasons include:
-
incorrect address;
-
incomplete address;
-
customer unavailable;
-
repeated failed delivery attempts;
-
customer refusal;
-
unreachable mobile number;
-
customer-requested cancellation after dispatch;
-
PIN-code/serviceability issues;
-
security restrictions;
-
courier operational issues; or
-
other circumstances affecting delivery.
An RTO shipment does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
Any refund, where applicable, will be considered in accordance with our Return, Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
15. DELAYED SHIPMENTS
GR Traditionals does not guarantee that every shipment will arrive within a particular estimated timeframe.
Delays may arise from:
-
courier congestion;
-
high order volumes;
-
weather;
-
natural disasters;
-
floods;
-
transportation disruptions;
-
strikes;
-
public holidays;
-
government restrictions;
-
road closures;
-
security restrictions;
-
technical problems;
-
remote-area logistics;
-
incorrect customer information;
-
customer unavailability;
-
force majeure events; or
-
other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A delivery delay does not automatically entitle a customer to cancel an order or receive a refund, except where such right is required under applicable law.
16. LOST SHIPMENTS
Where a shipment appears to be lost or undelivered despite the tracking information indicating otherwise, GR Traditionals may initiate an investigation with the relevant logistics provider.
The investigation may include:
-
tracking records;
-
shipment records;
-
courier scans;
-
delivery records;
-
proof of delivery;
-
customer communications;
-
courier investigation;
-
logistics-provider records; and
-
other relevant information.
GR Traditionals may await the outcome of the courier/logistics investigation before determining the appropriate resolution.
Where applicable law requires a particular remedy, GR Traditionals will provide the remedy required by law.
17. SHIPMENTS MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but the customer states that it was not received, the customer should contact GR Traditionals as soon as possible.
GR Traditionals may investigate by obtaining or reviewing:
-
proof of delivery;
-
delivery-agent information;
-
GPS/location information where available;
-
delivery photographs where available;
-
courier records;
-
shipment scans;
-
recipient information; and
-
other relevant information.
Customers may be asked to verify whether the package was received by:
-
a family member;
-
neighbour;
-
building security;
-
receptionist;
-
colleague;
-
household staff; or
-
another person authorised or reasonably likely to receive deliveries at the address.
18. DAMAGED OUTER PACKAGE
Customers should inspect the outer package upon delivery.
Where the package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, torn, opened or otherwise compromised, customers are strongly encouraged to:
-
photograph the package before opening it;
-
photograph the shipping label;
-
record the condition of the package;
-
record a continuous, unedited opening/unboxing video;
-
preserve all packaging materials; and
-
contact GR Traditionals promptly if the product appears affected.
The evidence may be used to investigate whether damage occurred before or during transportation.
19. UNBOXING VIDEO
For damage, missing-item or materially incorrect-product claims, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous and unedited unboxing video.
Where available, the recording should show:
-
the unopened package;
-
the shipping label;
-
all visible package damage;
-
opening of the package;
-
all contents;
-
the product;
-
tags/labels; and
-
the condition of the product immediately after opening.
An unboxing video may significantly assist GR Traditionals in determining the circumstances of a claim.
The absence of an unboxing video does not by itself determine whether a claim is legally valid; however, GR Traditionals may consider the absence of available evidence when assessing the circumstances of a disputed shipment.
20. DAMAGED PRODUCT CLAIMS
Customers who receive a product that appears damaged should contact GR Traditionals promptly.
The customer may be required to provide:
-
order number;
-
photographs;
-
video;
-
packaging photographs;
-
shipping-label photographs;
-
description of the damage;
-
delivery details; and
-
other reasonably necessary information.
GR Traditionals may investigate the matter with its logistics provider before determining the appropriate resolution.
Please retain the original packaging and product until the investigation has been completed.
21. MISSING ITEMS
If an order contains multiple products and an item appears to be missing, the customer should contact GR Traditionals promptly.
We may verify the claim against:
-
order records;
-
warehouse packing records;
-
inventory records;
-
package weight, where available;
-
dispatch records;
-
photographs;
-
courier records; and
-
other relevant information.
A claim will not be treated as established solely on the basis of an assertion that an item was missing.
22. CUSTOMER AVAILABILITY
Customers should ensure that the provided mobile number remains accessible during the delivery period.
Courier personnel may contact the customer for:
-
directions;
-
delivery confirmation;
-
address verification;
-
availability;
-
delivery instructions; or
-
other delivery-related matters.
GR Traditionals is not responsible for delivery difficulties arising from an unreachable customer where the customer has failed to provide or maintain a functional contact number.
23. REMOTE AND RESTRICTED LOCATIONS
Delivery to remote, rural, restricted, high-security, difficult-to-access or otherwise operationally challenging locations may require additional time.
Where a courier does not service a particular PIN code or location, GR Traditionals may:
-
request an alternative address;
-
cancel the shipment;
-
arrange an alternative logistics method where available; or
-
take another commercially reasonable action.
Any refund resulting from inability to ship will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our applicable refund policy.
24. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND NON-BUSINESS DAYS
Processing and delivery estimates may be affected by:
-
Sundays;
-
public holidays;
-
bank holidays;
-
courier holidays;
-
regional holidays;
-
major festivals;
-
exceptional order volumes; and
-
other non-business periods.
Delivery estimates are therefore not guarantees.
25. FESTIVE AND PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
During periods of:
-
festivals;
-
sales;
-
promotions;
-
product launches;
-
special campaigns; or
-
unusually high demand,
order processing and delivery may take longer than normal.
Customers should take this possibility into account when placing time-sensitive orders.
26. FORCE MAJEURE
GR Traditionals shall not be responsible for delays, disruption or inability to fulfil or deliver orders to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
-
natural disasters;
-
floods;
-
earthquakes;
-
fires;
-
severe weather;
-
epidemics or pandemics;
-
war;
-
terrorism;
-
civil unrest;
-
strikes;
-
transportation failures;
-
road closures;
-
governmental restrictions;
-
regulatory restrictions;
-
courier disruptions;
-
logistics disruptions;
-
telecommunications failures;
-
internet failures;
-
payment-system failures;
-
cyber incidents;
-
supply-chain disruptions; or
-
other events beyond reasonable control.
This provision does not exclude any remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
27. THIRD-PARTY COURIER RESPONSIBILITY
GR Traditionals relies on third-party logistics providers for physical transportation and delivery.
We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with such providers where a shipment encounters a delivery issue.
However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, GR Traditionals is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, delays, system failures or operational decisions of third-party logistics providers that are outside our reasonable control.
Where a courier-related issue arises, GR Traditionals may first investigate and seek resolution through the relevant logistics provider.
28. NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY TIME
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, any:
-
dispatch estimate;
-
delivery estimate;
-
tracking estimate;
-
expected delivery date; or
-
estimated transit time
is an estimate and not a guaranteed contractual delivery deadline.
Customers placing orders for weddings, festivals, events, travel or other time-sensitive occasions should place orders sufficiently in advance.
GR Traditionals does not guarantee that an order will arrive before a particular event or date unless such guarantee has been expressly provided in writing.
29. DELIVERY TO THIRD PARTIES
Where a customer instructs delivery to a third party, the customer remains responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Delivery to a person reasonably accepted by the courier at the specified address may be treated as delivery to the provided address, subject to applicable law and the courier's proof-of-delivery procedures.
Customers should use secure and reliable delivery addresses.
30. PERSONAL INFORMATION USED FOR DELIVERY
To fulfil an order, GR Traditionals may share relevant customer information with logistics providers and delivery partners.
Such information may include:
-
name;
-
mobile number;
-
delivery address;
-
PIN code;
-
order information; and
-
other information reasonably necessary for fulfilment and delivery.
The processing of such information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

A shipping issue does not automatically create a right to return, exchange or refund.
Any return, exchange or refund will be governed by the applicable Return, Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy, subject to mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law.
33. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GR Traditionals shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from shipping delays, courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Policy shall:
-
exclude a liability that cannot legally be excluded;
